Can you believe how fast this year as gone? The New Year is just around the corner, with it comes; you might already got all kinds of great advice about what you should be doing to achieve your goals. You may be planning to branch out in a new direction or you might still be plotting out your strategy for your very first foray into building an online business.
Often time, I heard newer internet marketers who come into this business far behind the ears complaint that “This niche seems so saturated, I should go for that niche, that one looks better, looks like have more potential …” Well, it doesn’t matter what niche you want to enter in year 2010, and there is a spot with your name reserved on it.
Think of how many internet marketing guides you have read up to date. There are a wide variety of styles in teaching this business. Some will give a methodical and step-by-step blueprint, like my MMO System, while others will deliver a more theory-based approach based on gut instinct and trend forecasting.
As I said there is a room for you in internet business industry, definitely, but it can happen ONLY if you’re willing to do the research and mapping out a plan before you just jump in, throw your head against the wall and hope something sticks. If you don’t do your homework first, you’ll end up with waste time, money and patience etc.
Personally, I firmly believe that, if a person want to succeed (in anything he/she does), a right mindset, truly believing oneself can do, and positive attitudes are the keys. You need to truly believe that, you can do it better than any of your competitors. In the other words, you have to generate enough interest, determination and motivation to get yourself from point A to point Z.
If you are a new internet marketer who wants to start your own online business and achieving the kind of success you’ve always dreamed about in 2010, here is what I want you to know and to do:
* Don”t quit your job if you are still employed, you can quit until your internet marketing business is off the ground and flourishing
* Prepare for this journey because if it’s done right, it can be a fantastically rewarding time of your life, whether you are 18, or just out of high school or a senior citizen entering retirement
* Slow down, reassess your strategy and move cautiously from here on out
* Take time to evaluate the different options and compare them to your strengths
* Quit attempting any or all get rich quick schemes
* Anything that offers too good to be true promises (6 figures in 24 hours with no list, no experience and no start-up funds) is a Red Flag for you
* Don’t just read Sales Copy (any of them) and hit the order button – these guys have lots of experience in convincing you to buy their stuff
* Never buy those online courses, software, scripts, tools or home study courses more than you can afford
* Take baby steps in building your business the right way
* Don’t rush it too fast or you may skip an important component that could make or break your online success
* Don’t take bait because you will not be able to afford later
Finally, if you are committing to a routine schedule for 2010, such as investing 8 hours a day into your business, then set aside a workspace in your home or apartment. It doesn’t have to be a whole room, just a corner of a room can do, as long as you make it for work purpose and you feel comfortable with it.
