With a 71 percent increase in online viewing the last year, video is the fastest growing trend in Internet history.

From an audience standpoint, YouTube continues to dwarf all other video sites in February 2009. But the growth in the early part of 2009 appears to be centralized among sites that host long-form videos. In fact, one of the more interesting trends in online video is the increasing attraction to long form videos: the total minutes spent watching long-form (average of six-to-eight minutes) is considerably more than minutes spent on short-form, and has grown about 20% in the first two months of 2009.

The growth of video also makes it a powerful online marketing tool for all different kind of marketers. If you can integrated it with those email marketing campaign, your marketing effort could get improved dramatically. In the other words, rich media is proven to increase engagement and improve your email marketing results, by saying that, the GetResponse has launched their huge, free increases in rich media storage that helps non-technical users create polished, high-impact video email marketing campaigns, with no added software, equipment, or costs.

If you are a GetResponse user, you can now record audio and video files directly from your accounts and upload them to your newsletters, email promotions, your website and your blog. And it’s easy to share videos on Twitter or Facebook, or just copy the video URL and send to a friend as well.

Better yet, the users of GetResponse have free access to up to 1 GB of stored files in their Pro Accounts. If you stick with your free account, you can still use up to 100 MB. Their virtually bottomless storage will allow you to upload and store your favorite videos, audio, presentations, photos, pdf files, etc in one safe, convenient place, then simply click to add to your campaigns whenever you need them.

If you’re using rich media in your marketing campaigns, video email marketing can definitely speed up your process and results. It is well worth your investment.

Of course, Bing, Yahoo and other SEs are also important but Google generally calls the shots and when they make an announcement it pays to stand up and listen.

Google recently came out and said that the speed of your individual webpages will be a factor that affects ranking within their search engines. In short it means to get your site’s page ranking better, you have to make your webpages load as fast as possible. Obviously this is not the only factor that affect the ranking but good SEO involves dealing with the little things.

It is a really clever way to use Twitter to make money offline, the author wrote about it because “the game was over.”

Evaluating models for making money online is very much the same, or SHOULD be, as weighing ways to make money Offline. The methods range all the way from outright fraud to a variety of methods of exchanging value for value by building businesses that add value for a given market. But how we think of them differs (sort of how many people think differently of stealing a CD offline vs, downloading pirated music online).

Somehow, we haven’t quite wrapped our minds around the fact that the principles are the same, even if the environment is different.

Most new ideas are not evergreen, nor are they do-able by anyone…

“Not Evergreen”… They usually bend or break the rules of Google or Twitter or Facebook or plain old common sense. For this reason, they don’t survive the question, “what happens when everyone does this?”

The answer is pretty obvious. The door gets slammed shut. The rule that is being bent is enforced, hard, by the power-that-is. “Enforcement programing” comes in, and shuts it down (which is why that guy was writing about how he made money at Twitter – smart folks, like “real” SEOers, don’t write about what they are doing, not if it works to the tune of serious income).

These folks only write about their money-making technique, or create a tool that others can use (which takes much more work than creating a tool just for your personal use), AFTER the technique stops working (or they see that the end is near). Read this entire article now and learn a Twitter-spammer and a NY cab driver show you how to take REASONABLE steps to do what you love and reduce risk in your future.

WordPress (WP) is an advanced FREE blogging tool that provides a rich set of features. It can be easily installed from the Fantastico auto installer in the cPanel from your hosting account.

What’s SEO?

Search engine optimization (SEO) is the process of improving the volume or quality of traffic to a web site or a web page (such as a blog) from search engines via “natural” or un-paid (“organic” or “algorithmic”) search results as opposed to other forms of search engine marketing (SEM) which may deal with paid inclusion. – According to wikipedia

Simply said, good SEO will give you better rankings in search engines and therefore bring more traffic to your blog/website. WordPress and SEO WordPress has a fairly good SEO optimization by default but since there probably are many more blogs in your niche you need to take it further.

Share

One of the biggest problems I saw many newbies have when they blogging is that they publish those bad content on their sites. Also the poorly written original content that is not original at all. This is the death bell for all bloggers who wants to take their blogs seriously.

You have to have unique content. Good content is the lifeblood of blogging. Even every other blog is lacking in original content, but you have to be different. If you are not be able to produce quality content, you can either use Private Label Rights (PLR) or pay someone to write it for you if you have to.

Below are few tips that will help you in producing a better blog and gain massive traffic:

1. Create Content that Gives People a Plan Of Action

Want to get people not only read your blog but follow your word blindly and do your bidding for you? Then write every of your posts with ‘call to action’ message that could be taken by your readers.

2. Create Content that is Timeless

If you want your blog to be around for a while and you want readers to come in 5 years time and still find your content relevant to them, you need to make sure the content is timeless, whether they read it in 3 months, 3 years or 6 years. This is not only help yourself save time in updating your blog content, it also helps with other people who you may allow to use your content on their websites. They are sure not going to update your content for you.

I wrote an article 4 years ago that I’m slightly embarrassed with having my name on it. It was cutting edge at that time, but now, when I read it, I find it’s so old and very funny too.

Some topics however, will always be timeless. So go to find those and write on them.

3. Write For Your Visitors as Your Number 1 Priority Not Search Engines

I have been emphasis this many times – your main goal should be focus on writing for humans, not bots. And keep this in mind of this – don’t try and repeat your keywords all over your blog posts to the point where it does not make sense.

This might work sometimes for search engine ranking and you may get some extra traffic, but they won’t stay long if the content is obviously geared for search engine ranking. People in general have a short attention span and they won’t waste their time on the junk. In regarding to how to optimize your blog, you might find some help from this previous post.

4. Write Like You are Talking to a Friend

There is nothing worse than reading a blog with no personality, it is boring. People like to read those content that are conversationalist in nature. They like to read your written piece at the 7th grade level, they don’t want to read big words and hard to read sentences. They like it when you talk to them one on one like an old friend. So write your content in a way as if only one person (your readers) were reading your blog.

Having a unique personality will help your site gain more traffic from people telling people (word of mouth) than any other “traffic building” technique.

5. Make Sure You Post Regularly But Not Overly So

To keep search engines, ping sites and people interested your blog, you have to blogging it regularly, otherwise your site will just swimming in the deep ocean. Post once a week is the very least suggestion I have for you, it would be better if you can write and publish your content two or three times per week. But don’t post everyday all day, if you do that, search engines will think your site is a spam blog and punish it.

6. Become an Expert in a Small Niche Market

One of the best ways to get traffic to your blog is to become a big fish in a small pond. When you corner the market in any niche, your blog become an expert and a traffic gathering machine.

Becoming an expert in the field you are interested in is not that hard. All you have to do is to write and post lots of really informative articles and content, setup an opt-in list newsletter through autoresponder, or maybe write a few ebooks.

It is so much easier to become an expert in a niche within a niche. If you are trying to be an expert in a big field that already full of experts, it is hard work.

It’s entitled “Business Changers: 10 Business Changing Lessons I’ve Learned From 10 Years Online”

There is ZERO cost to you for this video and it will only take about half an hour of your time, so drop by and check it out.

** THE BIGGEST LESSON that you need to listen for is his advice on the ONE thing you need to concentrate on to achieve mega success with your Internet business. It’s lesson #5 of the presentation.

I also want to remind you of the PLR (Private Label Rights) package that Jimmy has made available for a few more days. He has put together a package of products, reports, mini-courses, and articles that are mostly UNRELEASED content that he’s either personally written or co-written. All of these come with full PLR (private label rights) licenses!

If anyone knows about private label rights content, it’s Jimmy. He didn’t create the autoresponder, he didn’t write the first sales letter, he didn’t create the first pop up. And he didn’t do a lot of the things that have become common to internet marketers.

But he DID start the PLR (private label rights) market back in 2003 and he DID launch the first successful PLR membership site in that same year.

So now, put on your thinking cap for just a moment. What do these have in common.

* A “perfect game” in baseball
* Doppelgangers
* Haley’s comet sighting
* Your “soul mate”
* The Hope Diamond

Even if you know nothing about the first four, hopefully that last one was a giveaway. Those are the things that don’t come around very often. They are unusual and, because of that characteristic, they are considered quite valuable.

When we talk about PLR package, I classify these materials into three categories.

1. Crummy. (Bad, very bad)
2. Common. (Ordinary, average)
3. Choice. (Rarities!)

Truthfully and you know this is true if you’ve bought any PLR content – the overwhelming majority of the materials are worthy of a “crummy” rating, following not too far behind would be “common” PLR content.

And in a class by itself, there’s probably about 1% of the PLR content out there today that really is “choice”.

It’s rare. But still, you get the opportunity to grab up “Choice” PLR content that has NEVER-BEEN-RELEASED that was written by a recognized expert (not gonna use the word “guru”!) in the internet marketing arena.

By that, here are few example about the things you can do with these materials:

* Create your own original articles.
* Build rebrandable reports.
* Edit them and sell them as your own.
* Convert them into audio products.
* Develop a coaching program around them.
* Stock a membership site with them.
* Extract parts for blog posts.

Hurry up, this PLR Package will ONLY be available for the NEXT 10 DAYS. On Friday, August 27 at 10PM CDT, the package will no longer be available.

So, drop by today and see if this package is right for you. Even if you don’t plan on using this content until down the road, you won’t find better quality content for the price.

By the way, enjoy the video!

The way you decide to approach your project will determine how much success you will enjoy after launch. If you get that far.

Throughout development of MMO System, I was constantly working hard. I could sit here and give you a ton of tips for managing time and stay motivated, but it would be repeating a lot of the thing I have said in previous articles on this blog.

They say that the only way to achieve your dreams and goals is by “acting now.” While I mostly agree with that and have even experienced that through hard work, once the time comes, you will be rewarded greatly, Many times, I also wondering why the thought of “acting now” makes so many of us sick to our stomach.

Then I find out that to feel nervous, or lack confidence when doing something new is a common thing. Starting a new blog, developing and releasing a product, or even publishing a new article – that nervousness and uneasiness can really have an impact on you who are new to the make money online world, which in results could diminish that “acting now” feeling. If it’s not any of those, it probably the most common reason – laziness.

The one thing, which also the true fact you need to know about selling a product on your site or blog is that it requires a lot of work initially, and once it’s launched, it will really do most of the work itself. Of course, a lot of any work that remains will depend on what you are selling as well, there are keys to achieve that success, continuing read our this week’s MBA Digest.

Till next week – Happy sharing

Cheers!

And what most people don’t realize is that, while Google does love WordPress, it’s WordPress THEMES that actually interface with search engines, not WordPress itself, which means that a WordPress theme could very well be hurting your rankings in the search engines not helping!

Many webmasters think that just using WordPress will boost their blog’s rankings and increase traffic, but by applying the simple SEO modifications that you have outlined for any Theme that they choose will make a much bigger difference!

So when you’re ready to pick a theme for your blog, your blog needs to embrace the natural flow of good SEO in the form of a well optimized theme. By doing that, here are a few things you should keep in mind.

Search engines automatically rank blogs higher than most other sites because blogs are usually updated frequently, which is important to the search engines. However, to make your blog more popular, there actually are few things you can do to achieve that.

Bookmark It

Social bookmarking sites are a great way to get your blog in front of more people. Not only will people see you blog listed on the social bookmarking site, at the same time, get all those incoming links to your blog will help your site search engine ranking. So, make sure you bookmark every blog post you make.

Use Forums

Another way to make your blog more popular is by using forums. You should actively participate in forums that are related to the topic of your blog. Make sure you make quality contributions to the forum and then put a link to your blog in the signature of your forum posts.

Use Yahoo Answers

Yahoo answers (and other similar sites) are a great way to make your blog more popular too. Look for questions relating to your blog and then answer those questions. Yahoo answers is where it asks for a source to put a link back to your blog.

Pictures

Whenever possible, you should include at least one picture with each blog entry you made. There are millions of people who search for pictures online. If they can find your blog this way then it will give another avenue for people to find you and your blog. It will also make your blog look better to your readers and improve their overall experience.

Create Videos

Another great way to make your blog more popular is to create videos. Post videos on your blog and post videos on YouTube too. You can see those video post in this blog’s video section. If you have a skill for creating great videos then that’s great, but if you’re only able to create basic videos then that’s fine too. Creating even simple videos will still help make your blog more popular.

If you can do above these simple things then you will have a popular blog in no time at all.
