Okay, now back to my china trip story.

There are lots of things going on and many things changes in China nowadays, country’s economy development is moving very fast, wherever you go, you see the construction and booming …

People also changed a lot – become more realistic and materialistic compare with few years ago, money becomes one of the main topics that people talk about it all the time.

One big thing you may already know – Beijing 2008 Olympic. Everywhere you go, you heard people talking about it, as well as those articles, news report from all kinds of domestic media and newspapers etc. Yes, conduct Olympic is a big challenge for China, every Chinese are proud of it and are very supportive as well.

Another experience, which is very scaring (to me) is that one day, my friends in China invited me over to a restaurant and have dinner with them, the dishes was tasty and I was happy with the food … until the last one came to the table, I immediately jump away from my seat.

Guess what the dish is that? – Scorpion, life ones!

I took some photos, you can see them here, the guy in the photo that ate scorpions is the restaurant chief, he is the one created this dish and he were came in to teach his customer how to eat them.

One of friends was bite by scorpion, very quickly his tone was hurt and had blood out!!

Lucky him – waitress immediately gave him a cup of special Chinese alcohol and let him drink, afterwards, he feel fine.

No matter what they did, still, I think the scorpion’s poison is already in his stomach and into his blood as well .. !

Before when I heard people talking about scorpion dish in China, I think they are joking and make fun of it, but now I saw it by my own eyes … sure, I believed!

It is hard to understand why people eat this kind of bug instead of eating those nice food….
