Well, here it is, 2008 already.
Time past fast, I’m always amazed at how quickly the time flies from one year to the next!
Guess what? Marketingbyann.com is going to be 3 years old in 2008, so soon – I will celebrate the 3rd anniversary of doing business online, wow!
Recalls back these years working online, I find myself have a great fun of doing it. I really enjoy what I am doing; also enjoy the day to day process of learning and the process of practicing the things that I have learn. Of course enjoy getting the checks.
Doing business online is not that easy as some marketers claimed, it has a significant learning curve you need to go through. I didn’t want to scare of you; this type of business really needs you put time and effort into it and then be patient. Nothing can happen overnight.
The most difficult part I find of doing business online is to build trust between you and your audiences and to gain their confidence on you since your business is a virtual based. As an Internet marketer, the most time you spend on each day is working on your computer instead of go out sit there and talking to people face to face. In the other words, you are working with technology; Internet technology helps you deliver the message to the people around the world, not only to the locals. So based on that, it is much harder and it will take longer time for you to achieve or to get what you want.
As 2008 already here, instead of writing my 2008 New Year Resolutions, I wrote this Secrets to Internet Success in 2008.
The reason for why I didn’t write 2008 resolutions as previous years because I think the attitude and terminology are far more important than other things. COMMITMENTS determine all, without commitments, whatever the goals you write down are not really helpful, you will not stick to it!
Because I truly committed to my resolutions, so in year 2008, I just Do It, Take Action and get Net Results instead of just un-kept promise to myself (honestly – I didn’t stick to one of the item that I made in 2007 resolutions … yeeeyaaa)
So if you have serious goals that you want to accomplish in 2008 then change your attitude and terminology, make your New Year Commitments, Focus and then Take Action! That’s all what you need to do, really!
You can see actually I am already taking action on the thing that I committed to do. After hard work, finally I completed Internet Marketing Professional Course and past their entire test and got my certificate. The hard copy is on its way. I am very happy with that. I know there still long way to go towards to the target that I set for myself, because I am committed, so I know eventually I will achieve it.
Commitments do not stray away from the promise that implied — there is NO straddling the line — there is NO gray area.
