Speaking of work less and make more, have you ever read the book “The 4 Hour Workweek”? If not, have you at least heard of it? It got a lot of press back to 2007 and it also rose to the top of the New York Time’s Bestsellers List. If you interested of reading it, I am pretty sure you can find a copy at your local book store.

The book is basically about outsourcing most of your work to other people so that you can make a lot of money without doing a lot of the work. It’s about delegating responsibilities to others and outsourcing your work to others.

If you are doing your own business online, I believe that you think or at least thought about outsourcing some of your work to others, it is no doubt and we all do it from time to time. Most people believe when they can no longer find the time to do all the work by themselves, then it is the time to outsource the work to others. However, this isn’t the right answer.

The correct answer is that you should outsource as soon as you can afford to pay someone to do some of the things that you do. This way can help you get time to do other things – more productive things. And you can make even more money.

Well, here is the question: What work should you outsource? The answer is quite simple.

The first work you should outsource are the ones that take very little thought, such as some simple inputting jobs or maybe even writing some basic articles. These things can be time consuming and they can be done well by just about anyone you can find to hire. So those are the things you should automatically outsource.

The very last things you want to outsource are those things that you are really good at and / or those things you enjoy of doing. For example, if you are really good at designing websites, then this would be the last thing you’d want to outsource because you probably wouldn’t get any near as good as a product that you can design yourself.

If in case you are not sure about whether it is worth to outsource or not, there are two things to think about.

The first one is if you aren’t good at what you need to get done then you should outsource it. If you are a horrible writer then hire someone to write that eBook for you.

The second thing you should think about is if outsource your work to others is worth for you. To figure this out is not difficult, you just need to calculate how long it would take you to complete a specific task. Follow by think about how much your time is worth, and then see if what you’d have to pay is less, or about the same, or more if you outsourced it.

For example, let’s say you want a 50 pages eBook be written. You are a decent writer but not a great writer. So you calculate that it would take you 30 hours to do the research and a day to write the book. Take that 30 hours and multiply if by $25 (this is how much you are worth each hour) to get $750. If you can get the eBook written by someone else for less than $750 then it is certainly worth you to outsource your written project to others. Regardless how much money it makes you after it’s written, you’ve already saved money on the eBook.

Here is a comprehensive guide on Outsourcing (including 4 free audios), check it out. You listen and apply the simple outsourcing techniques that describes in detail in the audios, your business will be completely transformed.

If you are somewhere along the line you bought into the LIE that the only way to grow a successful online business was to do everything yourself. Then trust me…if you’re an online beginner, believing this MYTH will be the worst decision you could ever make!

And, if you currently have a business where you’ve been doing everything, you’re probably already succumbing to the pressure and stress by getting totally burned-out.

As I listened from How to Work Less and Make More, I learned that all truly successful offline (and a few online) entrepreneurs know that, in order to grow your profits at an exponential rate in the shortest amount of time WITHOUT creating a time-consuming, life-sucking monster - you MUST create a team of hard-working, skilled people who you can trust to perform the day-to-day tasks that you don’t want to do.

In fact, chances are good that you’ll find people to do the tasks you’re doing now, they’ll do it better than you do and for less money than you would pay yourself to do it!

Here are a few essential skills you’ll learn from this comprehensive guide Outsource & Delegate, which will transform your business, like they did mine:

* 7 Steps To Creating A Business That Gives You More Money And More Life - how to put your business on auto-pilot so you can spend your time doing the things you really want!

* The Only Two Activities that ALL entrepreneurs should maintain laser focus on - whether you’re a start up with $0 sales or an international powerhouse with $100’s of millions in sales, all other activities are absolutely secondary.

* The 6 Questions that you must ask to determine exactly when, and to whom you delegate each specific task - allowing you to get more done than you ever imagined in less time than you thought possible.

* The Top 7 Things you MUST consider before you hire someone from one of the outsourcing sites. Leave out any one of these and you’re practically asking for someone to waste your time and money.

* Four best suggestions on the first four tasks to delegate - and in what order so you can sustain your growth and spend more time doing what you love.

Regardless if you’re new to internet marketing or a seasoned veteran, applying these proven techniques will instantly transform even the most “burned-out” struggling online entrepreneur into a laid-back, “work when I want” money-making machine!

Till next time – Happy outsourcing :-)

Cheers
Ann
