How was your weekend? Did you download and read the Authority Black Book during the weekend? This book is an amazing resource that rarely comes along. It is simply the best free resource I have seen in a very long time.
I read it 2nd time in the weekend, and then guess what? Yes, I followed the guide and did some changes to MBA site.
Now, MBA got a new look. I do like the previous look, but it does not compatible with using some of the new technique. So I have to change it to make it match with the information age needs. If you are using Internet Explore, you will find some pages on the site may not display nicely, but with Firefox platform, it is no problem. It is because IE and FF are using different technology. I am still working on it and try to find the way to fix those IE bugs, hopefully the problem can be fixed soon.
Speaking of information age, I remember long time ago I have read an article, it was talking about how we are moving into this age.
From 1900 – 1945 we had what they called the Modern Age and then the Nuclear Age was from 1945 – 1986.
Honestly, I am not good with the subject of history since I was studied in the school, so I don’t know how these Ages are determined. However, I think that the Information Age, which started in 1986 might have had something to do with the beginning of the internet. But many historians believe that humans have been hunting for information for centuries, not only started in 1986.
Because the search for information, it brought us the wheel of written word, books and pretty much everything if you look at around you. So it would be natural that if it is in our human make-up to search out information. If this is the case, follow by the nature, information business is the best business on the earth.
Why it is the best business?
Okay, here are just very small list and simple things we are all want to know:
- How to do something
- Why you should do something
- Where to go
So I think this is why we have those favorite sales words: What – When – Where – How – Why
These are information searching words.
Moving on from the fact that people always want to know something, so the information business has something even better going for it. Just look those “How To” information that provided in the Authority Black Book. People are hungry for it.
So grab it if you have not done so. Believe me, among many other freebies, this one is worth you time and read. Get it now!
