Ann’s Ramblings

One of the drawback of doing business on the Internet is if there no Internet connection, you just cannot do anything.

Last week was Chinese New Year (actually, the festival still going on and it will end at 4th of March). I haven’t see my family for year, so I went back to visit them. Unfortunately, both of my mom and sister’s place do not have internet connection. Even I tried but every office is closed (7 days) for celebrating the festival.

The only place open is Internet cafe, I went to one of them but it was full of people, I just look around inside and then came out as quickly as I can, because there so smoky, the air was very bad. I saw half of the Internet surfers were teenagers. They were playing games, watch movies and chatting online etc.

I also went to few of other places, but it was the same situation. When I thought what to do, a voice came out from my mind: “Just get off from the computer and try to relax. After all, you are only going to missing… 1 newsletter issue ”

So I gave up the computer and brought my nephews and niece to KFC with my sisters. They love it those junk food and eat a lot of it. I was wondering they only have so small stomach, why can they eat all those junk and where are those food gone? Of course, there were many fun moment going on especially when I saw them fighting with each other for potato chips. It was very fun!
