Greeting - It is great to see you 
In this issue, I want to tell you about some software products that I use for various tasks, without them, I could not be that productive:
1) Roboform — Appx $30.00
Before I download and use Roboform, I kept all my user id’s and passwords in the Excel sheet. It took me a lot of time to looking up them, and many times, I would not find some particular user id and password that I had entered sometime before. Then I have to search my emails that sent by merchants, which have my id and password in it. It is really time consuming.
Fortunately, Roboform helps me solved this problem. As soon as I surf to a site that requires a log in information, Roboform will pop up an unobtrusive button on my browser toolbar. When I click on the button, the user-id and password just automatically entered. More than that, if I come to a form that requires me to type in some information, like my names, address etc. I just need to press another button and all the information will automatically entered. This software saves me a lot of time.
2) Google Desktop Search — Free
Google Desktop Search indexes all of your emails and documents; it allows you to do a search for the files that directly from the Google Search Page.
If you have a lot of email messages saved, this is a tremendous timesaver. Even I try to keep and organize my email into different folders, but still, sometime I find it is difficult to do when the message could go into two or more different folders.
You can use email search function do the search, but it takes time. With Google Desktop Search, I can finish search all my emails and files within seconds and get everything organized - Files and Web History.
3) EditPad Pro — Free and Low Cost
EditPad Pro is like the Windows Notepad on steroids. With Notepad, I only can edit 1 file at the time, yea, you can open more than 1 Note Pad, but who wants all those windows open up and fool with, it can mix things up and bring the confusing. However, with EditPad Pro, each document I opened can be accessed from its own tab within Notepad.
The best of all is that you can group different files together and open them all at once. This is a tremendous time saver when you are working on projects with information in several different text files.
EditPad Pro has an extensive list of features, which includes Converting text into all upper, lower or proper case; Unlimited Undo and Redo; Document Comparison, Powerful Search and Replace, Word Wrap to any length you specify and a lot more.
If you want to free version, then download and use EditPad Lite version, otherwise invest $39.99 for EditPad Pro version. After all, I guarantee that you will never use Windows Note Pad again.
3) Microsoft Windows Antispyware — Free (for now)
This is the best Anti Spyware utility I have ever used. You can schedule it and let it run every morning (I schedule mine at 7:00 am).
It is not only help you finds and removes spyware from your computer; it also attempts to fix the lingering problems some spyware leaves behind. The Real Time Protection function alerts you about those potential problems before the bad things happen.
You better hurry up and grab this now before Microsoft starts charging for it.
Use one or all of the tools in this list and you will save many hours a week.
