Greeting All!
Welcome to this week’s MBA newsletter.
I have shared with you some free software tools that I am using in last week’s newsletter, today, I would like to share with you few more free tools, here they are:
1) Sys Sense – Free (donations accepted)
If you use Google Adsense on your website, you will love Sys Sense. This utility resides in your System Tray (usually at the bottom right of your computer unless you have moved it). You can automatically log into your Google Adsense account every 15 minutes and downloads your current Adsense stats. Just hover over the small Sys Sense icon in your System Tray and your info will pop up in a little window.
Sys Sense displays Impressions, Clicks, Rate, CPM, Earnings, the time and date of the last download. To get the most out of Sys Sense, you will need to have a Broadband connection. This is a really neat little utility. You will love it.
2) PDF995 – Free and Low Cost
PDF995 is the utility I use to convert Word Documents into PDF files.
It does not have all the fancy features as Adobe Acrobat Professional but it does everything I need. You will need to install the included MS Word macros to access some of the features of PDF995 (such as inserting clickable links) and install Signature995 to create secure documents.
You can download all this from the website link above. The free version displays some ads with every use. If that bugs you, you can get the no ad version for about $20.00.
3) Free Website Builder – Free
If you are looking for or want a quick and easy way to build your website, this is the one you should download and use. There are 77 page complete user guide and 1 hour 20 minutes plus of step-by-step website creation video tutorials to teach you how to use this software tool. Since I start to use this tool, it saves me lots of time as well as reduces a lot of my headache in creating and building my website.
