Greetings All!
Finally the upgrading of Marketingbyann.com got done, and now it has a new look 
I do like the old one; unfortunately it is not compatible with the wp 2.3 version. So I have to change to a new theme otherwise a lot of errors occur. After did couple of hours search, yes, it took me sometime to find the suitable one; finally I decided to use Saur, which is made by Nurudin Jauhari.
This theme is well structured, nice clean with fresh color. It crafted with 3 columns layout and with have many features. You can change your picture from picture profile by just replaced you.jpg on images folder with your own image.
The theme creator Jauhari is a very helpful person, if you face any problem with theme customization; he is there to help you out. You may not get back the answer right away, but eventually you will.
Here is the Saur theme that I currently using for MBA site. Jauhari also created some other themes, which are also nice, you can take a look on his site and check out his designs, choose the one to fit with your style.
In addition, if you want to have more choice, here is the WordPress Theme List that compatible with the latest wp2.3 version. Also you will find Plugin Compatibility list there.
Those themes and plug-ins have been tested, so you don’t need to worry about its compatibility with version 2.3. But the things you need to watch out is some of those old out of date plug-ins, a lot of them are not working with version 2.3, so you need to delete them.
If you are still using old wordpress version for your site, you really need to consider upgrading to the wp 2.3 version. There are a lot of new features added, such as Tagging, Update Notification (notified of new versions to plug-ins), Post and Draft Management Improvement, Pending Review, Advanced Visual Editor Buttons and so forth, together consist bug fixes and security fixes.
If you don’t know much about those technical stuff, you may face some problems, if there any serious problem or data errors occur during upgrading process, just go to check out WP Support Forum, many people there is willing to help you out.
