The Affiliate Marketing Secret

Greetings All :-D

Speaking of affiliate marketing, it is a great way to make money online, and even if you don’t have a list of customers who buy every time you email them, you can still make money with affiliate marketing with this cool tactic that I use.

First, you’ll need to pick a pretty broad niche, like health, hobbies, photography and so forth. Of course, you can even use Internet marketing, that’s actually the niche I use this tactic for.

Once you have your niche, you need to make sure there are lots of digital products for your niche. ClickBank and PayDotCom are the two biggest affiliate sites where you can find tons of digital products that you can sell as an affiliate as well as Click2Sell.

If you haven’t heard about Click2Sell, it is an affiliate network and market place for find digital products to sell. It is a new competitor to clickbank.

I like this marketplace because it listed down a lot more countries for people who want to join the network to be an affiliate and get paid, which clickbank doesn’t includes, such country like Indonesia, China and so forth.

After you join the affiliate network, pick 1 digital product to start out with. You’re either going to have to buy it or ask the owner for a copy because you will need to write a review for that product.

The important thing here is you’re not writing an ad for the product, you’re writing a review. So my suggestion is to go to a place like BBL Articles and read articles about how to write a review before writing your first one.

It’s really not that hard, so don’t let that discourage you. Once you get your first one done, all other ones you are going to write in the near future will be super easy.

Once you have finished writing a product review, it’s time to create a blog, and post the review to your blog.
Speaking of blog, have a Professional Well Designed Theme is important because not only does it help position you as a serious blogger in the niche that you do, it also generates a lasting memory with your readers.

Sure, if you are just starting out, it doesn’t make sense to spend a lot on a theme – your content ultimately matters more. A lot of free templates out there you can use, but the downside is that eventually someone with the same theme will appear in your niche (you can see our current theme was created by Brian Gardner at Revolution Themes)

Brian designs present a “newsy” look and are very easy up set up and customize and allowing your blog to have a website appearance.

After you post the product review to your blog, make sure you create links so that when people reads your review; they can buy the product.

The links that you insert into the product review post should have your affiliate id coded. So I highly recommend getting your own Domain Name and Web Hosting and installing a blog on it.

Okay, now you’ve got a blog with your product review. There’s only one problem left – No one is coming to your blog! No traffic.

What are the secrets come in then? The secret is there are no secrets. What you need is just tactics you have to learn.

So the first thing I do is use an RSS submitter tool, and submit my blog rss feed to the directories. This will give you some instant traffic.

The second thing I do is pay an article writer to write an article for me on the topic of the product I have reviewed. Once you have your article, there’s one more step you have to take before use the articles, and that’s keyword research. You need to find keywords that easy to rank for, which are related to your product.

An easy to rank for keyword is simply a keyword that gets good searches but doesn’t have a lot of competition. There is a lot of software programs online that will help you determine easy to rank for keywords. You’ll need 2-3 easy to rank for keywords per product.

Personally, I am using WebCEO. This software toolkit is not only helping you to do keyword research, it is also helping you in overall search engine marketing effort.

Once you have those, make sure to take one of them and use it to link back to your site in your resource box. This will give you backlinks for that keyword because you’re going to be submitting the article to Article Directories and get it exposed in front of the world. Those backlinks are important and submitting articles is a great way to get them.

Submit your articles manually to each directory is very time consuming, so using an Article Submission Service is a smart way to go.

Once you’ve done this, rinse and repeat with a new product review.

What does all of this accomplish?

If you keep writing reviews for your products and putting your affiliate links in the reviews, you’ll make sales on those products by driving traffic the ways I’ve told you.

There are tons of ways to drive traffic, but this is the easiest method. You’ll get some instant traffic, but by using the backlink tactic, you’ll also get long term traffic as your reviews start ranking for their keywords.

Happy promote – Till next time :-)

Cheers
Ann
