Life is like that, upside down with all kinds of mixed emotions involve – happy, disappointed, sad, worrying etc, one moment can make you feel so happy, and then the next minutes can make you feel bad.
I went to watch movie with a group of friends last night, the movie Beowulf is about warrior must fight and defeat the monster Grendel who is terrorizing towns, and later, Grendel’s mother, who begins killing out of revenge. It is 3-D movie with full action packed, well written and entertaining piece of popcorn cinema. Just watch the dragon sequence near the end, I saw very single person in my cinema was on the edges of their seat and looked in awe. Yea, I had a good time at this moment.
But after the movie on my way home, an unexpected accident happened that destroy my good evening even the night!
Just right the corner before I turn into the building where I live, a taxi come directly and hit my car! You know what – the driver just run away immediately without even stops his car!! People walking on the street were all stopped and looking around because the hit sound was so loud, my poor car got badly damaged!! All happened within minutes.
Unlucky me – I can’t do anything since taxi driver run away and I didn’t get chance catch his plate letter and number. Shoot! I was wondering whether his car got damaged or not?
My friends told me that the taxi driver may not have insurance or driving license or got drunk so he needs to run away! I can’t believe it!
Whatever happened is happened, I have to face and accept it, or maybe Grendel (the monster in the Beowulf movie) follows me …!! So have to send car to the garage to get it repaired.
Okay, enough ramblings, now back to this week’s newsletter.
