Beside these post, I also wrote this short article – Understanding Search Engine Optimization (SEO) . In there, I believe you can find some useful information in regarding to the SEO.
Following are the additional write up towards to why you need to use search engine optimization.
As it said, for anyone who is selling anything online, who is promoting anything online, who wants people be able to find them and their product or service. The best way to get visitor’s notice is to use search engine optimization, to get your website rank well in the search engines first.
When people want to find something, they will use one of the search engines, like Google or Yahoo. Then type the words or phrase into the search bar. When they hit the search or click on enter, search engine will start to search and show all the content that out on the Internet to the searchers, as long as the pages have relevance information to the search. These results will get ranked according to the formula that the search engine uses, even the actual formula isn’t known, but it is a fact that content written with search engine optimization in mind ranks the highest.
For example, if you want to rank well for the phrase “cure the common cold”, then what you can do is to write an article or blog post on that topic. You want to include that phrase in the title of your article and you also want to include that phrase a few times in the body of your entire article. So a possible title for the article could be “Top Five Ways to Cure the Common Cold” or etc.
Doing it in this way can help your article get found by others when someone searches for “cure the common cold”, which means your article will be one of the results that pop up on the search.
No matter what you do towards to your website, everything should be done with search engine optimization in mind. That includes writing articles, writing blogs, building social networking pages, and even creating web pages.
The things here to remember is the bottom line – if the search engine doesn’t know what your article, or your blog, or your web page is about then it’s not going to show-up high in their rankings. So you have to make sure the search engine knows what it’s about. That way you, meaning your content, will rank high in their results.
The one word of caution about Search Engine Optimization is that don’t use “keyword-stuffed” method, it is the most harmful one. This means don’t repeat keywords or phrase too many times in one article because spiders see the text oversaturated with keywords and they consider it as spam.
If you make your content sound organic to the human visitor, it will not seem like spam to the search spider either. Open your new writing up pages in a browser and read them as if you were an outside visitor. Ask yourself – does the keyword presence seem far-fetched, annoying or funny in spots? If so, you are entering a dangerous game with the spiders.
Sound organic content has the keywords organically implemented into the structure of the sentences. Though it reads well, but such type is not sufficient for good ranking. What I mean is that your purpose should be keyword-focused content, so make your content solid is a clever approach. Your text must be wisely optimized for particular keywords.
Create and write your content that people want to read instead of spiders, otherwise even you get web surfers click on the link from the search results, but they’ll just leave as quickly click away.
Search engine optimization is very important to anyone who wants to get more visitors. It allows your content to comeback as a result when the searches are performed. This will bring more people to your pages and to any products or services that you’re selling online. So follow the principles and optimize your site accordingly is the best way to improve your site’s ranking.
