Actually it is for everyone who are in the business. It is an awesome piece of reading.

He share with you why he think Google’s model is a potential dangerous model for other businesses, why companies may go broke if they following Google’s foot step? and why it is difficult for companies to earn much as Google does? … etc
You will also find what are those complementary advantage that Google has, what are the lessons we should learn from the Googleplex, what and how Google teaches us through both its successes and its failures.
Here are some short notes from this article:
Most of Google’s success and all of its profits can be traced to three innovations: the first a brilliant insight into the organization of information, the second a creative act of imitation, and the third a breakthrough in the engineering of computer systems.
The company’s founding idea was hatched by Page and Brin in early 1996 when they realized that Web search engines were deeply flawed. In ranking results for a keyword search, traditional engines looked mainly at the content of Web pages, adding up, for example, the number of times the keyword appeared.
The Google founders saw that you’d get a much better sense of a page’s relevance if you looked at the number and the quality of the other pages linking to it. Links, they realized, were the Web’s version of votes: add them up and you’d get a clear picture of the importance and value of sites.

Google Encouraging People To Contribute Knowledge

Google has planned on launching project called “Knol,” which looks very similar to the infamous Wikipedia.
According to Google,
“Knol” as the name of the project and as an instance of an article interchangeably. It is well-organized, nicely presented, and has a distinct look and feel, but it is still just a web page. Google will provide easy-to-use tools for writing, editing, and so on, and it will provide free hosting of the content. Writers only need to write.
The goal is for knols to cover all topics, from scientific concepts, to medical information, from geographical and historical, to entertainment, from product information, to how-to-fix-it instructions …
Google’s key idea behind this project is to highlight authors. Such as have authors’ names right on the cover if they wrote any books, news articles have bylines and so forth. As google said, it is unlike other user-generated content websites, which don’t necessarily give much thought into the sites’ biggest contributors…
You can read more detail information at Google Blog
Since it is a quite challenge project, so it is unavoidable to see there are many discussion going on around the Net, I find many interesting opinions from the Search Engine Watch.
Does Google LIKE You?

Speaking of the days of keyword stuffing and gain traffic to the site, those incoming links that only use single phrase optimization and concentrating are slowly being phased out, a more holistic approach to judging website content comes online. Many webmasters are hopping and waiting for this new concept - Latent semantic indexing, and not it is quickly becoming the wave…
You probably already know that Google’s current ranking system has been known for penalizing perfectly good sites, which relies on incoming links (or votes), and keywords to scan pages for relevancy when surfers do searches.
So to o solve the problem of knocking out those good sites, Google wanted a better way. It found latent semantic indexing (LSI) to scan the overall theme of a site is good method, as not to penalize those sites that have fresh, relevant and good content even if they do happen to pop up over night.
Want to Google LIKE you? Read it here to find out how …

There’s a ton of buzz going around on the web about this new course called Project Black Mask, and my readers have been emailing me to ask me if they should buy it.
Well, this is a touchy area, because I generally don’t endorse ‘black hat’ (or unethical) marketing techniques. If you are as uncomfortable as I am with ‘black hat’ or ‘grey hat’ SEO techniques then Project Black Mask - the latest ‘tell all’ Adsense product for affiliate marketers is definitely not for you.
Project Black Mask is the next-in-series of IM products by Chris X, the author of Day Job Killer, Affiliate Project X, and Adwords Miracle.
As I said, I don’t endorse black hat marketing methods at all, but I DO endorse learning about them, and using those powerful methods for good (and for self-defense).
Here are some techniques things that covered in the Project Blackmask course:
And much more …
As Chris says, “I’m a keyword addict. I collect good keywords like a museum collects expensive paintings”. This “keyword addict” knows exactly what he’s talking about when it comes to keyword research and generation.
You will also learn how to build and use big beautiful lists of longtail keywords to grow your business. It’s absolutely fabulous information and in my opinion, worth the price of admission,
Project Black Mask is very *AFFORDABLE*. Grab your copy TODAY and make Google beg for mercy! ![]()
