Secrets To Internet Success In 2008
December 31, 2007 | Written by annliu | Filed Under Success Tips
This is the time that I like to spend the time with friends and families and reflect back what I’ve achieved in 2007 and get myself ready for 2008.
Speak of the “Secrets” to Internet success in 2008, here are what I think;
1. Mailing list still come to the first. List marketing will still be an effective method to generate consistent income to your business. But you’ll be using different ways to build a list, with the new trend of web 2.0 and what’s coming in 2008, there are so many new ways you can explore to get subscribers. You can find help from The Years Best Marketing Tool
2. Don’t forget to make sure that you’re having a ‘conversation’ with your subscribers. If you spend all of your time building a list but not having a relationship with them, there is no point, right? So you can’t turn your list into a business if no one’s reading your stuff.
3. Adding value is about giving real content that is helpful to the readers. So write content with value added information and give value to your subscribers and readers, don’t do like some other marketers who don’t give value AT ALL but keep on making promotions to their list.
4. If you want to achieve something in 2008, then focus of what you want to accomplish. Don’t write those crappy goals like, “I want to make money online in 2008.” - This is the darn goal that EVERYONE HAS. If you really want to achieve you goal, you should specific, like “I want to make money from eBay.com, generating $5,000 a month.” Better?
5. Regardless of what’s your goals are, one most important thing you need to learn — you got to learn how to master your own self first. You can called it self-improvement or whatever. If you don’t have what it takes, you’re not going to stay long in this game. Trust me on this.
6. Finally, you may already received many marketing messages canned around the theme of making your 2008 year a better year. Huh!
Stop - if you’re going to invest in a course or program, better make it a point that you want to make full use of it next week or latest within a month — not for 2008, ok? because I can predict that it’ll just collect dust.
So once again, have a wonderful holiday and enjoy your New Year celebration! See you in 2008.
