Why Use Business Brokers?

Greeting!
Few days ago, I had meeting with Jenny, a client of mine. She told me she is thinking of selling her business, but she does not really clear how to get started and what is the first step she should take?
Since I also do not have experience in this area, so I suggest her go to see business brokers and ask for their help.
Selling a business is not that simple, certainly not as straightforward as it seems like it should be. There are many things need to take into consideration. One of the things I think is that instead of doing homework of how to market your product, how to market your business should come first.
