1. Print it out and study the list first.
2. Find the niche that you like and interested, then do some keyword search and study on that niche market to find out market demand as well as the level of competiton.
3. If you just want to use free service for your blog, you can create an account at Blogger.com and start post instantly. This how to join blogging community article can guide you go through the process.
4. If you want your blog has its own name instead of use free service, then you need to do domain name registration, you can use the service at Godaddy.com, and don’t forget to put the keywords (e.g the name of the niche you want to go) into your domain as well. It will help your blog be find by search enginees faster. Like Google, Yahoo, MSN - they love it.
5. After you got your own domain, you need to find a realiable hosting company to host your website, here are some highly recommended hosting service providers list for you to consider. Each one of them have different offer and hosting plan, choose one that you comfortable with and create your account there.
6. Then download Wordpress from Wordpress.org, follow their instruction and upload all the file to your hosting account. Wordpress is a blog publishing system written in PHP and backed by a MySQL database. It has administration template, you can just write your post from your own admin area, very easy to use.
7. Once you get the above done, you can signin to your Wordpress admin area and start to write the content and post it - Now your blog is born. How often you want to write and post is depend on yourself, there no limitation.
